Oh wow!! That's the best thing I've heard all year!! ;) I've been wanting to try Halo Top forever... was trying to decide which supermarket to do the shop at this week so that's settled it! I hope they have the peanut butter cup flavour which sounds right up my street

NB: my PT is a really nice guy (deep down when he's not devising sadistic core workouts) and to the best of my knowledge has never kicked kittens. Just a . $ .$ . e . $

Yep, and 6 months down the line he's still kicking my *kitten* once a week. I really admire those who do it alone from the start and do it well. I'm similar to the post above. Started lifting with a PT a few months ago in a bid to get fit before 40! Never imagined I'd love it so much :)

You haven't said what your ideal weight is and how far you are from achieving it... but maybe your ideal isn't actually "ideal"?! If you're truly aiming for "skinny" as your post title suggests then it's probably not healthy, so maybe you need to adjust your goals? Perhaps aim for fitness goals instead? Good luck with your…
