Thanks for the inspirational words. I put on twenty pounds during the pandemic. I'm writing down what I eat and that's helping me lose weight or keep from gaining weight.

I agree with what Leannep2201 said. I snack on raw carrots, bean sprouts, cauliflower, jicama sticks, green beans, etc. I add chia seeds to 0 fat greek yogurt so it's more filling. After dinner, I have a Garden Lites chocolate muffin! Good luck! http://www.gardenlites.com/muffins/chocolate-muffins
