really bad!! 157 - had 67 total carbs (61 net) yesterday. Not entirely sure what's going on.

I think I'll spring for a photo session with a Jared Platt. He was an photo instructor I had and he takes some amazing images. going by MFP which recommends 1260 but most days I exceed the recommended number of calories by about 100-200, still putting me at a very slight weight loss.

Vanilla extract will give you a lot of flavor for few calories. However, if you have a Penzy's spices, they have a double extract. I like erythritol, and the yummiest thing I splurge on is Bai5 coconut flavor. Tastes utterly decadent. In foods, I cannot really tell much of a difference than regular sugar taste, but... when you taste if off your finger, it has a cool-ish sensation, almost like a bit of mint or something, but without the mint flavor.…

I think no sugar Metamucil has helped me. Around 5 carbs, but worth it to carry out some of my bad cholesterol. Also flax - try the 60 second microwave flax muffin recipe. Good amount of fiber, protein and it curbs hunger for several hours.
