BarneyRubble, what brand do you use for your coconut-pineapple water flavor? Is it prepackaged or make it on your own?

those look sooo yummy. Would they freeze/keep well? I know I'd want to eat more than one, however. I've got everything on hand except the cider... looks like a weekend project.

I had to have myself declared ADA 'disabled' by my perfume sensitivities so I wouldn't get in trouble when my students kill me with perfume, hand sanitizers, you-name-it. Pregnancy compounded that for me. I think those of us 'allergic' to carbs are more sensitive to a lot of the environmental smells/toxins. I use…

91. Doesn't make sense to me. However, I ate a bunch of carbs before bed, forgot to take the Metformin but did sleep extra. This is my lowest reading ever, so I'll take it!

Blessings as you figure out the next step! Congratulations :)

104, but 98 yesterday. There seems to be a fine line between eating dinner too late or dinner too early and needing a before bed snack. Got to find that magic hour to eat dinner.

Looks like a nice morning :) Is it normal for glucose to rise this high relative to beginning measurement?
