  • I suffer from some heel pain too and it comes back when I wear sandals or go bare foot. I wear flats at work with gel pads stuck in the heels. I have inserts I put in any of my boots and try Fitflops for sandals, they are supportive and very comfortable. My trainers for the gym are ok as they are, they are getting old now…
