I spent most of the day outside on the farm. Lots of walking and horse related activities. Non-exercise activity was hooking up the horse trailer and practicing backing and parking the horse trailer. Like most physical skills, practice is necessary. Calories were well below maintenance Tracking is okay

Yesterday was a planned Pass day as I celebrated my birthday with my family. My actual birthday was August 13, but yesterday was an evening event put together by my daughter. Today was a 3 yes day.

@znaoiec Due to lower back problems, I start each day with 20-35 minutes of active stretching. It’s my preparation for movement essential. At least two days a week, I add cardio strength exercises which do include 3 sets of pushups; squats; rope skipping, medicine ball. Lastly, intentional walking on most days.

My habits have changed thanks to several years of UAC activities. I continue to be happily surprised that I have developed a healthy sensation of satiety.
