Also I am tracking macros too and I am totally hitting them. You just can't be eating junk. Which is pretty much the point! Like yesterday I had 94g of protein, 100g of carbs, and 36 g of fat.

I am at 1200. I can usually stick to it. Snacks are what mess me up and make me go over. I just started again last Wednesday and I've already lost 4 lbs.
