My goal is to loose 20lbs! I work part time, my husband is gone Sunday Night through Friday, I have a 13 yr old step child, 8 yr old and a 4 yr old... We can do this!

I've followed about 1 1/2 weeks!!! Day 2 of walking 30 mins!!! That's a plus for me sad to say! But I wake up in the night and want to eat--- bad habit help!

I just started back. I have so much to loose I can't even pick a number. 50 would be wonderful. I give up way to easily now. I feel like it's seriously impossible and need the honest encouragement!
