My goal is 125-130lbs.... im 209lbs right now so i have alot of work ahead of me right now

I would like to count my work as an exercise too. I'm a housekeeper at a motel. I dont see making beds, vacuuming and other things i do on the list.

I'm 5'8" and my target its 120-135lbs. As of right now i will settle for 190lbs then work my way down.
