Im currently 64kg and 5ft7 in height, ive been with a PT at the gym for 3 months who gave me the exercises and food diary/recipes etc. Im eating a lot of vegetables, and meats. I have cut down on pastas, bread etc. At the gym i mainly do resistance and weights, not much cardio.
