Thanks! I've been using Teer Studios' 30 Day Challenge ( they have sooooo many, I just chose the ones I needed to work on most) and there's a 7 minute yoga app that's pretty docile by Fitness World that I use to cool down.

I use watermelon juice that I had saved the day before, pineapple, strawberry, plain yogurt, a tbsp of honey, fresh raspberries, blackberries and blueberries and half a banana. :)
