I don't see a way to delete anything from the "My Foods" section, but you can delete meals from the "My Meals" page. Click on one of the meals you want to remove and a green button that says "Delete Selected Meal" will appear just above the dark blue header on the nutritional table for the meal. As far as a the recent list…

Ha!. Thanks to that I now know I was right when I blamed my gut on my father. No sausage rolls for me, but if the fee's small enough I'll show for a rum and coke. ;-)

This post popped up at the perfect time. 5 pounds is exactly what I'd like to accomplish this month. Biggest struggle this week: Family. There was a birthday this week which means dinner out and cake. To give an example of how limited healthy menu options were, the butter served with the bread had sugar mixed in it.…

That resembles a few people in my life, as well. Congrats on the current successes and enjoy showing up the naysayers.

Yesterday I saw a 4 foot black snake zip into my parents' garage, but didn't tell them because my mother would be too afraid to go in there ever again.

Websites that tell you to enter your screen name to log in, but you actually have to use your email address. The long drawn out "scritch" sound packing tape makes when it's being applied. People who talk incessantly to the point of babble because they have to hear some kind of noise even if it's just themselves. The…

Thank you all for the long giggle fit. He dumped me in a text so he wouldn't hold me back from meeting someone younger.
