It's seems like you are doing all the right things to improve your fitness and health. I wonder if you have hit a plateau. Have you tried boosting your metabolism? Whey powder works really well. Also, make sure you are getting an adequate amount of sleep to give your body time to replenish. Good luck!

You may want to take up physical therapy to strengthen your legs. Running poses a lot of impact on your legs and can worsen them in the long run. Taking a day or two off between each run will allow your muscles to repair themselves. Good luck!

Tonic water with lemon is a great substitute for soda or flavored water. I used to drink two waters for every soda I drank. All natural almonds, peppermint, and oatmeal are great help to curb appetite. Also, I distract myself by drinking green tea. Good luck :)

Thanks for all the advice and welcoming. It is refreshing to know that I'm not going about this weight loss journey alone. To date, I have lost one pound and one inch off my waist. I'm motivated
