Hi @Blah_Blah42. I am 6'6" as well. When I started MFP I was 334 and lost 115 pounds, getting down to 219. My sister said I looked sick but I wanted to get down to my high school weight of 185. However, I stopped running after training for a marathon last summer. Once I ran it November I stopped running as much.…

First time doing this. I ran my first marathon last November and fizzled out of running after that. Just getting back into a C25K trainer this month. So my goal is going to be low. I'm thinking 30 miles. Thanks for this group! Look forward to any tips you can give about getting back into running after a long layoff.

I've been dealing with chronic depression for about 1 year. I finally broke down and talked to my dr. about it and am seeing a therapist. Getting back into a healthier lifestyle now and hoping that helps.
