Keeping a good attitude towards things makes the journey easier. You can put a positive spin on everything. Having a goal in mind and not letting negative thoughts in makes a great deal of difference in your accomplishments. You can do it.

I know some things are hard in life. I've dealt with struggles myself. But through all of it, I know that a good attitude means alot. Turning ANYTHING into something positive makes a huge difference. I am willing to help as best I can.

I'm on the 1200 cals too. I know there are alot of days that I wind up with not enough. I really don't want to eat if I'm not hungry just to get the calories in me. In my mind, it kind of defeats the purpose if you're watching what you eat. Am I thinking incorrectly.
