Started at 296, down to 290. Working hard right now, recording meals, and cardio every day. HIIT X 5 and long/steady X2.

For cardio, HIIT for 20 minutes 1 minute on, 1 minute rest - 3-5 minute warm up and cool down - total workout under 30 minutes and get awesome afterburn... Mix that with weights/strength training!

Current Weight - 296 lbs Overall goal - 195 lbs August goal - 284 lbs To acheive that, I'm going to track my food, do some form of activity every day, drink at least 10 x 8 oz of water, limit carbs. Workout plan includes strength training 4/week, long slow cardio 2/week, HIIT cardio 4/week.
