Even at lightly active it still automatically has my steps add to my calories. Is this not a good thing to do? As in should I just deactivate the connection of the app with my steps? Oh and I weigh myself the same way every time. In the same place in my bathroom, in the morning before I have eaten and after going to the bathroom, with no clothes on. I know that it fluctuates throughout the day, so this is the ideal way/time to do it for an accurate read.

What are negative calorie adjustments? It was set to sedentary, so I just changed it to lightly active.
