Hello everyone, I've missed on reporting some days. I will be doing w4d3 today. My program had 5 minutes x2 on W4 and I thought I wouldn't be able to do that. I'm so glad I tried and did it! =D Good luck to everyone. It seems several of you are making good progress.

Hello, I'm using the NHS podcast couch25k program and track my runs with Endomondo. They also offer a 5k+ program and and strength routine in podcast format. You can download the audio tracks and use as you want. Also, week 2 completed today :)

I did w2d2 today on the treadmill. I didn't run for three days, but went out biking 2 of them. @RoteBook I don't know much about running with the cold. I've read the some mild exercise might be ok, but if you get exhausted your body might take longer to recover.

Congrats everyone on their progress!!! I was about to skip today and get W2D1 done tomorrow, but I went to the gym and run on the treadmill. Feeling tired but accomplished. HR up to 180 =O

Hello everyone! I started a C25K program last week, today will be W1D3. I'm looking forward to check in with you =) I did the first training outdoors and the second on the treadmill.

I had a Stamina inMotion small elliptical, but never used it under the desk, but some people do. Nevertheless, I was very happy with it for getting some cardio in a small apartment.

Thanks for the information. I've been going in the early evening, so I battle with myself to go to bed at a reasonable time. I'll push it later to get ready for bed with the sleepiness them.

I am similar to you. I'm aiming to loose weight slowly and aiming for 1500 net cals. I gained about 15 lbs after leaving MFP 1.5 years ago and I am looking to go back.

I've started weighing everyday for the past 2 weeks to see those daily fluctuations. I do want to focus on the trend. I used to weigh once a week. I do plan to do this until I get to a place I'm more comfortable with my weight to go back to once a week. My scale measures Body Fat but it fluctuates up to 3% from day to day…
