I agree with another poster...I don't designate a cheat day. If I am having a crazy craving I go out and have it in moderation. I don't keep junk at the house. You will see that many others here still eat the same as they always have, but they just fit it in. Smaller portions work for some. While cutting certain things…

Anything is better than nothing cause for many of us, doing nothing is what got us here in the first place. Don't beat yourself up if you slip up or indulge. Gotta live a little! It's about making long-term lifestyle changes... new habits that carry on even after you lose the weight. You can do this!!

It's been about 4 years now, but I admit that I did the whole "fat sick & nearly dead" thing. Made my own juices using everything from kale to beets... a variety of around 20+ different items, mixed and matched. I went for like 16 days drinking as much as I wanted. While I would NOT do that again (other than a 24-hour fast…

Married for a near decade here. And VERY happily I might add. Maybe I got lucky, but when I met this guy, I KNEW that I wanted to do things different this go. Welcome!!! While not completely cutting out sugar (such as honey, agave nectar, grade B maple syrup ect) I have eliminated most of it. The same goes for processed foods in general.
