  • I typically eat a breakfast sandwich 6/7 days each week. 1 jimmy dean precooked pork sausage patty, 1 egg scrambled, 1 multigrain english muffin. It works out to 310 caloires / 26g carbs / 21g fat / 14g protein. I also will add in a protein shake later in the morning if needed. It works for me as a post-workout breakfast.…
  • You can pay for the app ($15/month) with out the bike from peloton. There is an entire group on Facebook for peloton app users who use non-peloton equipment.
  • I know there is a group on facebook for peloton app users. I'd suggest checking that out as well. If you're a Cody fan, come join the #BooCrew ! App users and bike/tread owners are all welcome.

  • I bought my Peloton last June and absolutely love it. It is the best purchase I have made. I also use the app for strength, yoga, meditation, and other workouts. I would recommend checking out the app for now (since it's free for 90 days) and trying a few workouts off the bike, and watch a few of the cycling classes to see…
  • I'm in! I work a desk job so I'm hoping this well help me get in more steps before and after work!
  • I just did that on my whitreboard yesterday! Such a great visualization.
  • It will be my first half marathon! I am so excited. What corral are you in for the half?
  • Check out Tone it Up! They have a YouTube channel and a website with a ton of great workouts. Most of the workouts are free, but you can buy DVDs if you want. I like adding these workouts in for variety.
  • I listen to Fall Out Boy, the Southpaw playlist, Jason Derulo, T.I., Eminem, and a lot of other pop/hip hop songs. As long as the tempo is fast enough it is good for me. I use Spotify and there are a ton of playlists on there for working out. you can always get more ideas there. Hope this helps!
  • I have Cize & I love it! I mix it in with other workouts and with my running. It's a ton of fun and a good cardio workout. I tried doing the whole program, but I get bored easy so I just added it to my growing collection of workout DVDs. It was definitely worth the money for me.
  • My favorite by far is Cize. I don't even feel like I am working out. With that said, I use it for cardio, as it doesn't focus on strength as much. Shaun T is a lot of fun and the songs are current. Plus it makes me feel like i can actually dance :)
