me too!! I usually do good for about 6 months then get comfortable but I cannot do this again. I need to stick with it til the end my weight is affecting my health, my job, and just in general the way I feel. ive been overweight my whole life but have lost a lot of weight throughout these years and then gained it back. if you can get a grip on it now you can have a healthy life and not struggle with health issues later on in life because it will catch up with you later on. stay focused, stay motivated, and good luck!!
