Hi, I’m 46 and it’s taken me 2 years to lose 20 lbs, but I did it :). Happy to chat about my experience and looking for friends :) This is my 3rd year and I’m trying to build muscle now/

It’s hard to say ‘no thank you’ without a reason, but we could practice it and see how it goes?

Well it has allowed me to track my food intake and exercise, showed me my calorie, tracked the measurements I entered and the end result is I am 1 kg off my goal for end of the year :)
