Hi Portia, I am also over 60 and would like to hear from you. I had weight loss surgery in March 2013. It works, but eventually one goes back to eating somewhat normally again. So, I have started putting on weight again. I want this year to be the year I take control. Maybe it will work with a pen pal. I live in the USA.
