Loop a hair bobbin through the loop and attach it to the other side by looping over. then slip it into your ankle. Can't explain it too well in writing but u can find pictures of how to online.

Here in Ireland, it's €9 a meeting €18 joining fee. You can eat as much dry pasta or rice as you want but only one portion of dairy per day. It's completely an unhealthy way of thinking about food.Don't waste your money.

Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in, day out.

the difference between ordinary and extraordinary is just the little extra

I have a fitbit too. Love it! Feel free to contact me

Fair play!! Keep up the good work!

I have similar stats to you. I started at 158 and I'm 5'4". I want to get back to 134. The best thing I ever did was get a fitbit. Makes getting your 10,000 a day addictive. So agree with the above poster!!

I'm in.

Thanks guys. No I don't gorge on sweets. Just like the protein boost from greek yoghurt but the sugar is a pain. My man is diabetic that's the only reason I ask. 47 grams seem little if it's from non processed sources imo

Sorry for some reason it only posted half my comment. Basically I asked if going a little bit over on it natural sugars was all that important lactose fructose from yoghurt and fruit
