This is an awesome thread! Today is the 1st day of logging in MFP since Feb! I want to loose 15 lbs. Am training for my 4th full Ironman and just can't seem to get down to race weight, looking forward to reading all of your posts and sharing progress. Hey Henri! If you find a group I'd love to join in too! I'm on my 4th Ironman and having weight issues this year. I can't seem to get down to race weight and my muscle content is down 5% from this time last year despite training between 13-15 hours a week. Arrrg!
