For breakfast I have two hard boiled eggs with a banana. Or ill buy the pre cut fruit and mix it in a container to go. For lunch I made my daughter ham and cheese rolls the other day. You could do the same just with healthier meats like chicken breast etc. Hope this helps :)

I threw frozen peaches (that were a bit thawed) in my ninja with a cup of 0%. It was pretty good. Probably would have been even better with a drop of honey! :smile:

I try to get half my daily water intake in before 1030am. This only happens cause I chug it. I probably wont chug so much forever but it does help my consious. Cause hey im half way there.
