  • Been a bad month for me. Gained 2 lbs. Starting today going to try harder and set my goal for sept. To lose 5 lbs.
  • well I am up .2 of a pound. been eating horrible while working the state fair. going to be done at the fair tomorrow and really determined to get on a strict routine before my next show next month which is another 10 day fair.
