Yea absolutely all of them. Lost 80lbs eating all exercise calories (at least those fracked via Fitbit, lifting isn't enough calories for me to bother counting.) Now maintaining and if I didn't eat them I'd lose more weight, which I don't want to do.

All of them. And I eat 100% of the extra calories from my Fitbit. If I don't though, I don't sweat it. NBD. Lost 80lb+ doing that, so fine for me. YMMV.

For me, my Aria scale is about 3% off (lower) body fat compared to a DXA scan and fluctuates wildly. For my daughter, the measurement is pretty close to the DXA scan. The weight measure has been good and the automatic syncing has made the data super simple to track. So by itself that made it worth it for me. YMMV.

Unless triage failed and she bumped someone in medical need, I'd say it's none of our damn business what she does with her life, her money and especially her own body.

1.What's your goal weight. 225lb/105kg. But secretly 200lb/91kg. 2.Why did you choose that goal weight. It's a smaller number. 3.Do you have more than 1 goal weight. My goal weight is definitely more than 1. ;) 4.What's the highest weight you never want to go over. See #6 5.What's the lowest weight you don't ever want to…
