  • Yes, yes, and yes, it was a good day. Today I did my first day of volunteer work at the local wildlife refuge. I signed up back in January and after doing a lot of paper work got on the rolls, and then Covid hit, all was shut down. Its not really opening up, but they needed help and called me, it was to do some swan…
  • Yes, yes, and yes. It was a good day!
  • 2 yeses and a no exercise, a pass day for me. I however do have an excuse, I spent the morning at two doctors appointments, one my 4 week post-op check. Then I donated blood and they told me not to exercise the rest of the day, so I took the advice. Good news is my post-op check was good and I have been given the ok to…
  • Yes, yes, and yes, it was a good day. Thanks for the quote Dory, its a good one. I am a master at making the simple complicated when it comes to my own life...
  • My word would be essential, without accountability I could not have lost weight and I would not be able to manage maintenance, it has been essential to my process. Yes, yes, and yes, a good day. I did my first full workout since surgery 4 weeks ago, it felt good!
  • Yes, yes, and yes. It was a good day!
  • Yes, yes, and yes. I was planning to do some formal exercising but spent much of the day doing yardwork. Amongst of other things I removed all the now frozen plants from the garden, dug weeded and now have the beds ready for spring. I was pretty tired. Congrats to all who made the winner's circle! And Rick thanks for…
  • Yes, yes, and yes, it was a good day and I ended the month well. Still no strenuous exercise, but working in the yard feels good. It was a good day. Happy Halloween y'all!
  • Yes, yes, and yes. However again I just did work in the yard and around the house getting ready for winter, so exercise but not back to the gym or anything. It was a good day.
  • Yes, yes, and yes. Again my exercise was limited to wood chopping and yardwork, but it was something. It was a good day. No winner's circle for me this month, but I am optimistic about November.
  • Yes, yes, and yes. Exercise was yardwork preparing for winter, but I got a little. It was a good day.
  • Yes, yes and yes, it was a good day. My exercise was limited to about half an hour of wood chopping, but it felt good. I am still taking it easy.
  • No real exercise, but I did eat right and logged everything. A good day.
  • No real exercise, it was a day of rest, but I did eat well and logged everything. All in all it was a good day!
  • I am in, and looking forward to a better November. Will try to make the winner's circle. As always, thanks for this Rick!
  • Hard to count anything as real exercise, though I was pretty busy doing things around the house all day. Getting ready for my wife's birthday party and then managing it. I ate well, and recorded all. It was a good day.
  • Yes, yes, and yes, it was a good day. My exercise was just more yardwork and late harvesting, it froze last night so today the tomatoes and peppers were pretty sad, but I got enough to make a good pot of sauce.
  • Yes, yes, and yes. My exercise was "gardening", tonight is forecast to be our first freeze, and it will be hard one, mid to low 20s. So it was the last chance, picked a lot of pumpkins, tomatoes, peppers and apples. Now I have to figure out what to do with them, except for the pumpkins grandkids will be carving Saturday.
  • No exercise, it was a rest day, still feeling a bit slow. I did stay on track with my food, I am targeting about 100 calories below my goal until I can get back to exercising. And I recorded everything.
  • Yes, yes, and yes. However my exercise was limited to an easy walk, it was what felt comfortable today.
  • Yes, yes, and yes. Did a slow walk from home today, it felt good. A picture along the way.
  • Barely, yes, yes, my only exercise was mowing the lawn and some yard work, but that's what I felt up to doing. No winner's circle this month anyway so no bean to count. It was a pretty good day!
  • I have an awful lot of NSVs, just seeing the small clothes I fit into every morning feels pretty good.
  • I ate well and recorded everything, but did not get much exercise. I was planning on it, but just felt a bit drained today, guess I can blame it on recovery... I did get out and walk a little, its the day they bring the sheep down from the summer mountain pasture to winter quarters , kind of fun, the sheep go right through…
  • Yes, yes, and yes. I am surprised how quickly I am able to get back doing some exercise, today it was just a slow walk, but I walked a bit over 2 1/2 miles. So life is good here as well Rick, thanks for asking. I am glad you are feeling good!
  • Yes, yes, and yes. Continuing to do the easy walks for exercise, its feeling good.
  • No exercise today, but I ate well and stayed on track posting. I had planned to do another easy walk, but did not feel so good mid-day. However I did have some very strong cravings to give into a binge and over eat. I did not and am feeling better tonight. Rick is right there will be no do over, but tomorrow is another day…
  • Yes, yes, and yes. Although my exercise was pretty modest. I walked for 45 minutes at a very slow pace, only got about 1 mile. I found the 45 minutes of slow walking as a recommended maximum for the first week after a surgery like mine, so I think I am ok. And it seems to me that this does fit the UAC definition of…
  • No exercise, still in recovery, but I did stay on track with the calories and logged everything. Not a bad day.
  • Yes, yes, and yes. Though the exercise was just lawn mowing and a few yard things I need to get done before surgery. Surgery is early tomorrow, and I will not be able to exercise for a while, and may not be able to post for a few days. So no winner's circle, but I will do my best, and post here when I can.
