My first choice is fish, but not salmon. And maybe a protein drink. Neither are on the list. I do agree with others there is no one magic food for this. Exercise whilst losing weight helps.

Another good day, 4 days now without binge. I am currently eating about 1,200 to 1,400 calories a day. I find that makes it easier for me not to binge, for a while anyway. Eating is one of my binge triggers, once I start eating I have real trouble stopping. So by eating less I binge less... sometimes. I know I cannot live…

I am back, used to be a regular here, but not in a while. Just joined for May, and I know it's way to late to make the Winner's Circle but I think I need to post here. Exercise today was yardwork, but I did a lot more than 20 minutes. I stayed in my calorie budget, no problem. I did keep track.
