No exercise but stayed on track otherwise. No winner's circle for me this month, but I hope to be sufficiently healed to start at least low level exercise in time to have a shot at it in April. I knew I wasn't going to make it this month, so no big surprise.

No exercise, but I ate ok and logged. Still recovering from Thursday's surgery; felt a little better, less pain. Now I am trying to go without the painkillers. Packing it with ice instead. See if I can sleep that way. I know its healing, just set me back a bit more than I had expected...

Stayed on track with calories and logged, but that was about all. A painful first day after surgery, lots of pain killers and no exercise... Tomorrow is another day, hopefully a better one.

Still a bit drowsy, but not feeling too bad. The Dr says I should be able to start walking in a couple of days, can walk now, but not exercise walking. I may start…

No exercise, Dr's orders, but I ate well and logged. Not a bad day. Got my second Pfizer shot yesterday. I am feeling a little more tired that usual today, but otherwise no effects. Except a sense of relief that I won the race between getting covid and getting the vaccine!

Yes, yes and yes, a good day. I did 2 hours and 30 minutes in the gym, a new high for me, it felt good, but left me a bit tired the rest of the day.

Yes, yes, and yes, although the exercise was just yardwork. I did about 4 hours but only put 1 into the app... I believe MFP greatly overestimates my yardwork calorie burns. Felt good to get out, it was a bit cold but winter seems to be winding down.
