Another pass day, my third. I am a bit on the ill side and not exercising. I have been trying to log my food but have had lots of trouble with the MFP app, got most of it today but not all.

Pass day 2, no exercise. After weighing in at a new low I started feeling very weak and nauseous. Canceled my gym appointment and started eating a bit more solid fuel. My first time in the 140s since I was 12 years old, over 50 years ago! I am not still trying to lose weight, just maintaining in the 150s would make me happy. I am down from an all time high of 360 several years ago and 320 last year. If I stay in the 140s I may up my calories a bit.

Hey Arts, exercising is good, and so is eating under your calories. Keep it up and good things will happen. I am having real trouble logging my food, mostly get error messages. This has been a problem off and on for a long time, but today and yesterday it is particularly bad. Anyone have suggestions?

Yes, yes, yes, it was a good day. My only problem was logging, MFP was not behaving well today. My new consistent habit that has kept me on track is logging and posting here. Food and exercise patterns have varied, but so long as I keep on calorie track I think all will be well.

Yes, yes, and yes! It was a good day. I like the "you can't outrun your fork" quote, so true. Someone once told me weight loss is 50% exercise and 90% diet, or something like that, I think it is true. Its hard to be fit and healthy without some exercise, but impossible without a good diet.

Actually I spent several hours doing snow removal, but most of it was plowing with my tractor or ATV, I only counted the ~30 minutes of actual shoveling. Guess that will have to be good enough.
