  • I feel your pain. My boyfriend is somewhere around 6'3" and last time he weighed in, he was 117lbs. He fluctuates between 112-120. He's tried to use MFP to gain weight and he just can't bring himself to eat as much as he'd have to to gain (even though he exclusively eats junk food). Drives me batty.
  • I started at 320 in July, with 145lbs total to lose. I've lost 86lbs of that so far. Only 59 to go! You've got this! :)
  • I realized my cravings for something sweet in the evenings weren't going to stop, so I just factor that into my calories a couple times a week. Skinny Cow makes some awesome candy that's only 130 calories, Fiber One brownies are only 90 calories and Nestle puts out Lil' Drums ice cream that's only 120 calories per cone.…
  • I'm 5'11.75 and I started at 320. I've lost 63lbs in the past five months and am down to 257. Only 82 to go!
  • I'm about .25" under 6' and I'm making my goal 175lbs. Puts me into healthy BMI range and a weight that I could see myself being content with. (Who am I kidding? I'd be content with anything under 200 at this point! lol) I also saw someone had posted this website a while back. It provides a great visual of different body…
  • I've been on Depo for almost 5 years. Have I gained while on it? Yes. Did I eat like crap the entire time? Also, yes. In that 5 years, I gained somewhere in the range of 40 pounds (at 5'11"). I was already obese when I started it. After joining MFP, I just logged what I normally ate for a few days to get an idea of where I…
  • Mine do this too. The best thing I've found is to sit them on a particular tile (same tile every single time), then step on and off a few times until I get the same reading several times. It may not be accurate 100% of the time, but the number keeps going down a bit every week, so I'm content.
