I tried to sell myself on the idea that eating a HUGE spoonful (3-4 tablespoons) of peanut butter and then sprinkling chocolate chips and sometimes banana slices on the spoon as i ate it was a "healthy" 10PM snack....but it's like 400 calories of fat and sugar. I only recently began logging this transgression.

link MFP to the Apple health app. Open your health app and click on activity and then select sources - it will auto sync with MPF every time you work out. I also have my nutritional tracking synced with the health app.

Feel free to take a look at mine I aim for about 10-15% of my calories from carbs - 50% ish from fat. I eat a ton of cheese. (Like ALL the cheese)
