I feel your pain, I’m 50 next year too, I’ve put on 70lbs since working over the last 5 years, no excuses, just greedy and switched off liking myself... but that’s in the past now, I’m on my journey and love this app, logging every day and its definitely helping 👍 starting to feel a bit better too, hopefully start running…
