Setting up a calorie goal and sticking to it by tracking your intake is going to be super helpful. Resistance training build lean muscle would you burn fat. Also increase cardio to burn adfitional calories and fat.

Stretching is good and needed but you need to track your calorie intake and do some type of regular resistance training.
