Who's like me and eats basically the same meals over and over? What are your staples? Mine are: Breakfast- Oatmeal Banana 2 Eggs Lunch/Dinner- Chicken breast (vary seasoning each week) Broccoli Sweet potato or brown rice Snack- Plain Greek yogurt Strawberries Banana Honey Feel free to check out my diary.

Encouragement along the way

Enchiladas
So I made these amazing enchiladas! Butternut squash (diced), sautéed with black beans, onion, garlic, rotel, bacon and green sauce. I think that was everything! It was the bomb!
