Hi everyone! Just wanted to let everyone know how I'm doing so far! I was really tired of being overweight and uncomfortable, in fact the biggest I had ever been. I was sick of all my excuses and "plans" when I was gonna do something about it. Plans that only lasted half a day, that is if there weren't donut in the break room at work that morning. Lol! You know what I'm talking about!! During that time I was going to the gym about twice a week doing really lame, non progressing "workouts". I told myself that this was done! I started working out every morning, 6 days a week. I started feeling a lot better, feeling stronger and lifting more! But... after a month I had only lost 4-5 lbs. Then I had another conversation with myself- I might be a little crazy, but aren't we all?! I decided it was time to target my eating. Got online, calculated the cals (macros) I needed to eat in order to lose. So I've been at that for 35 days now! And I'm not crazy strict! If I want something I eat it! I know myself and if I don't do this I'll go crazy and quit. Sometimes it's within my cals sometimes it's not. As of last week I have lost 25 lbs from when I first started!
