Hello all, I see this feed is pretty old. I'm re-committing myself to my workout and MFP routine. I commit to at least 30 minutes a day of 21DF, Core de Force, T25 (love me some Shaun T :smile: ), or whatever else challenges me and helps me feel accomplished. Looking for like minded gals for accountability. :)

So far I've only done the MMA Speed - OMG it's so fun. I always wanted to feel "tough", and that's what it does for me, it makes me feel powerful... until I'm gasping for air, ahahahahaha. Looking forward to doing more.

Hello HappyBride917: I've had really good success using 21DF and just counting my calories on MFP - I feel like it's much simpler and less restrictive than using those little containers.
