I dont think exercise uis essential for weight loss if you are eating right but I feel it helps encourage me to eat healthier and I guess wil help with that loose skin you'll get when you loose weight. I too have a fairly active job and somedays the thought of doing more exercise fills me with dread so I just dont worry…
