Mostly bacon and eggs. Occasionally an apple with peanut butter. But those meals are interchangeable for other times too.

So pretty! Amazing lines and details!

Sorry about your mom. So nice you can wear the ring in remembrance. Some positions are so hard to get into. It's a true victory when we finally get into one!

I <3 steak!

So happy to hear this. I just had my cholesterol checked and it was high, my ldl was high but triglycerides fine. I've only been doing LCHF for 11 months so I'm hoping that the longer I do it and the more I master it, things will even out. Thank you for sharing this information!

I was diagnosed prediabetic last year and have gone low carb. Not quite keto yet as @tnevin225 said but I'm probably on my way. I'm losing weight and am maintaining at prediabetic rather than going full out diabetes. It's a little hard at first, but it gets easier and the support here is amazing. It will get better.

Tuna with mustard? I have to try that! I love turkey rolled up with avocado and cheese, an apple with peanut butter. A bit of unsweetened cocoa in my coffee. It's amazing what becomes delicious.

I rarely eat mine, but I love seeing them hanging out there B)

Definitely around certain foods. Like ice cream, peanut butter...

I'm going to need the strawberry cheesecake fat bomb recipe immediately!
-
I eat them, just not as many as I would like.

I eat apples, but I may not eat the whole apple because they are high in carbs. Last night I ate 75 g of an apple with peanut butter. I figured out how many carbs I could have, measured out that much and threw the rest out. I'm more bummed out by the amount of carbs in berries. So few berries for so many carbs.

There are some really good websites for low carb recipes. Lowcarbyum.com Ibreatheimhungry.com Ditchthecarbs.com There's also a low carb group on here. I don't have the url but it's easy to find or maybe someone else can post.

It was immediate for me. I tracked my food from my weight watchers days so MFP was a relief to have online and on my phone. I love seeing what I ate, the macros, and seeing what I can fit into my day. I don't see myself stopping, because when I stopped paying attention, I stopped eating correctly.

It's the first time that's the hardest. Lay your stuff out the night before, then Put your workout clothes on as soon as you get out of bed. You will feel badly not to go to the gym if you put the clothes on.

It really depends on the medicine. Definitely continue with the exercise, that helps me with anxiety more than any medicine. Just like with weight loss, taking medication is a journey. You start off on a low dose and see how you feel. It's good that you're going to therapy too. Take it one step at a time. Most side effects…

They ask why because if there is a food allergy they would make it in a "cheese free zone" so you don't go into anaphylactic shock bc your food touched dairy or what ever else you're requesting removed. It's fine to say you dislike something, but they don't have to go through the same safety precautions.

I agree with the exercise. I'll also go on YouTube and watch funny videos. It really changes my mood when I'm "forced" to laugh.

I leave enough calories so that I can have treats at night. Then I "shut down" the kitchen and go to bed. Light hot cocoa is a good 25 calorie treat that always fits in. Getaway yes. Gateway, not so much. I'm 46 and it still hasn't led me anywhere.

I would get up and go to the gym for 7, work out, shower and change there and go to work right from the gym. Bring breakfast with you and eat it on the way. Or, if you can fit in some time at lunch, do it then. Or, go on the way home from work. I did all 3 of these things at different parts of my life. It's just a matter…

I got these Nestle Sweet Success shakes in the early 90s. They were so good I decided to drink 2 at a time, and made them into a weight gainer...not the best idea. I put on 20 pounds pretty fast!

It's working well. I'm losing steadily in both pounds and inches. I eat at 1270 calories and about 50g carbs. I also exercise 6 days a week, primarily cardio, but I've started using some weights in the last month. I've lost 22 pounds and 25 inches overall, but I didn't start measuring inches right away so it's probably…

I went to an all inclusive 3 weeks ago for a week. I did bring protein bars to keep mr from eating the stuff in the mini bar. However, I ate pretty much whatever I wanted and came back 5.5 pounds heavier. That's without alcohol. I don't drink. I lost all of that plus 1 more pound in 2 weeks. We're going away again soon,…

Squats are making my legs tighter, not bigger.

Not on Facebook and my tattoos are all custom. They'll never get me (insert evil laugh) :D

I'm on a combination of CICO and LCHF. Exercise is also part of this WOE for me. I'll never go back to eating carbs in excess due to insulin resistance, and the exercise makes me feel so good mentally and physically. I'm losing massive inches as well as pounds, so I know it's working.

I recommend making it with at least a salad. The servings are dense, but small, and I ended up eating 2 last night and I was still hungry and ate back all of my exercise calories + 100. Pickles probably would have been great, or something else crunchy. I'm going to pick some up for tonight then freeze the rest. My husband…
