I was using them, but apparently in excess, probably up to 30g of aspartame per day, which adds up to about 28 carbs. Turns out they are less than 1 carb but still have carbs. I use a tracker as well called P Tracker. I gain/have cravings before my period, not really during but it helps when I'm super hungry yo look at the tracker and say "oh" and it makes sense why. But I try to eat on point and drink extra water, and I take pamprin, which helps with cramps, water weight and some pms symptoms.

60-80 grams of carbs is kind of low already. I only eat low carb because I have to. If you're losing successfully the way you are, why change? If it ain't broke, don't fix it. It sounds like you're doing really well already. Keep it up!

I had a tummy tuck almost 6 years ago. Parts are numb to touch, and it definitely can be uncomfortable if I eat too much. Still the best decision I ever made. Can't wait for the leg and arm lift!

I don't have chest days or meals most of the time, but I had a cheat week while on vacation. Ate everything I never eat and more. It was awesome and delicious and I felt sick as hell by the time we left, with an extra 5.5 pounds. Lost all but one in the week we've been home. It feels good to be back on track!
