I did slimming world lost about 8lbs in 4 weeks - although long term I struggled to stick with it. I prefer this (MFP) as it's more flexible I really struggled with 15 syns! But I loved the recipes and still buy the magazine now just for those! Good luck! And I hope it works for you!

My Fitbit made me realise I have to exercise every day - otherwise I am burning hardly any calories! I love mine and I have not brought a new watch for years so that justified the price for me. When I exercise regularly - Mentally and physically I feel better - I also want to eat better and am less likely to binge on rubbish foods. So whilst the science says exercise does not help - for me it does! Also I enjoy going to the gym and I can see the health benefits as I get older. I don't think it matters what size…
