  • Ive come to learn that people who are so judgmental about girls who lift know nothing about it. I always liked working out but once i started lifting i fell in love!!
  • Start off with what you like, walking, bike riding, hiking. As time goes on and you find that getting easy push yourself to make it more difficult, maybe run a little then walk, or take a harder route! Ease yourself into working out & make it enjoyable! Bring a friend or family member too, it seems to go by faster!
