  • Pears and tuna I'll both eat straight from the can. Not together, of course. Ew.
  • I really liked the shakes from Thrive. I bought a month's worth when my mom was into them. I'd mix em with a bit of chocolate syrup and they killed my appetite for the rest of the day!
  • I eat out when the cravings hit but keep it within my calorie goals. I love fast food, no sense in making myself miserable over it.
  • For me it was just choosing what I used to weigh before gaining all this weight. It was a long time ago, so it might be too aggressive a goal, but it's on the lower side of a healthy BMI for my height so I'm gonna shoot for it anyways.
  • Man, I haven't had a whoosh yet. I hope it happens soon!
  • I love mashed potatoes so so much. They're the only way I like to eat potatoes. I have to avoid making them though because I will literally eat nothing else for days. The crazy amount of butter and gravy I like with them does not help at all. I wonder if mashed-anything-else would fill that void without being so high in…

  • A week for me. Seems to be going alright!
  • I tried 1200 calories a day, but it wasn't enough so I upped it to 1400 to give myself a buffer in case I got the munchies. Seems to be working out great! I take a vitamin every day anyways to keep nutrients up since I'm a picky eater.
  • If you drink a ton of energy drinks the withdrawal headaches will be killer, so it might be a good idea to ween yourself off of them slowly. Maybe cut your caffeine intake by a third every week, or buy drinks with less caffeine in them. Eventually you can replace them with something altogether and you won't even notice the…
  • Every day first thing in the morning, just to see if I can recognize any patterns between my weight and eating habits. I only record losses online though.
  • I only eat two meals a day since I'm not hungry in the mornings at all. The rest of my calories come from small snacks throughout the day until I go to bed.
  • If you feel fine drinking them then by all means, go ahead. I tend to avoid them because something in them upsets my stomach but I know that's not the case for everyone.
