Would also love to find friends with open food diaries so I can peruse them for ideas

I'm looking to add some more people, mostly just to read updates & get some healthy eating tips! Especially gluten free people or paleo Thanks Erin

Sugar detox is so hard, my whole body seems to fight it every time I do it - see it's a cycle I started using maple syrup or honey in things for sweeteners, not because they are better exactly, but because I can use less. Otherwise I love sweets sometimes too

I'm only 5'6" but as soon as I cross the 150 lb mark than my boobs just lost a lot of volume. If I could have stayed above 150 lbs and not looked so big in my cheeks I would have done it. It's really personal preference.

I feel a little less self conscious talking weight, diet & exercise with women, all my friends are female so far & I'd love some more!

Oh & once in awhile I will eat against the grain pizza crust or baguette - really good & high in calories, but I think it's better than wheat!

I have a wheat allergy, but all the gluten free foods help a lot. I have a few other allergies, carrots, beef, yeast & soy - so I eat almost 0 processed foods. I have a lot of problems when I eat corn products, but didn't have a positive allergy test for corn I haven't been doing carbs for breakfast or lunch, but dinner I…

Looking for friends, just knowing people are there makes me more likely to do my exercise & food journal

Adding you! Now I want a fitbit too!

I know you mentioned the dislike of legumes, but if you have a blender there are good homemade black bean brownies or white bean blondies that are really inexpensive & high in protein. If you're doing the white rice, as mentioned by earlier posters, ground turkey is a great option with some veggies chopped up. Aldis is a…

I agree, the more real food the better. The same exact foods with the added preservatives/dextrose in them make me gain a ton of water weight. When I eat just real food I feel more full & I don't puff up

I just spent a few weeks in France, 1 was with my cousin who has lived in Paris 30 years. I ate like a French person, plus a little extra for the really good ice cream & I did lose a few pounds, I didn't eat super high carbs. I had yogurt, hard boiled eggs & fruit for breakfast. The yogurt was full fat, but much smaller…

I've been on here over a year & just discovered the community when I noticed my only friend from rl had more friends that I didn't know. It appears to be helping keep her motivated!

Happens to my daughter when she overheats grease & fat, especially dairy. I think she might have a dairy sensitivity which wouldn't be especially unusual in our family. But after healthy eating adding in grease & soda could cause some serious stomach havoc

I tried but also got the deleted error

Being a genuine real person, not overly eager to please or the flip side Doing housework definitely helps a lot Cooking skills a plus I really dislike when guys tell me what to do or what I should be doing Luckily I've been married for 13 years, so he kinda knows not to do that
