Rice noodles with a sauce of coconut milk, peanut butter, little ginger and chili flakes (or whatever spicy element you have)....throw in some veg .....yummy.

Motivation has to come from within, no one can give it to you. If you are trying then something is motivating you. You want to lose weight? be healthier? Gain weight? Why are you here? That's your motivation. You can get support from other people though....what do you need to help you on your journey?

I made this recipe again this morning and added some chopped apples and toasted pecans, lots of cinnamon. It reminded me of an apple crisp, but no sugar other than what is naturally in the fruit. Really delicious, shared it with my grandaughter and she loved it too.

Are you kidding? You tore apart the OPS whole post and rewrote it the way YOU say it should have been written. It was written in a light hearted fun and excited way but all you folks who know better than the rest of us feel the need to condescendingle correct us. I'm done with these forums too.

I agree.......your post was great, you found a healthy and nutritious "treat" that made you happy and exited and then people here felt compelled to go on and on and on and on.....essentially repeating themselves and each other and arguing about NOTHING!!! Why can't we just be glad that the OP is feeling happy and excited…

I don't think it's meant to be literal. I mean, when you have a good day the projection is also positive and can be motivating to have more good days. On a less than great day, I take the projection as a warning of sorts because it shows that if I don't do better I won't see the numbers that I want in 5 weeks.

Yes, high protein salad dressing, I do that too. Make my own hummus with garlic, lemon , dill and tahini.....and chicken peas of course.
