You might be overstating without all the facts? The OP doesn't give a lot of info, not even what she considers a "binge". People use that word a lot when describing everything from eating a handful of crackers one time, to eating the contents of texture fridge reglarly.

Your post is concerning for a few reasons, the first being that Celexa and Prozac are antidepressants not antipsychotics. Perhaps you need to see a different doctor? I drink coffee black, no sugar so no calorie issues. Used to use milk and sugar but it was a quick adjustment to black and I can't stand the taste of sugar in coffee now.

Depression is anger turned inwards, oversimplified I know, but start with that idea. Then the self-sabotage makes more sense. I've been there and still struggle. Can I ask where you're getting your protein? I went vegan for a year a few years ago but couldn't maintain it for that reason. A girl can only eat so much tofu and tempeh! I actually gained weight because with not enough protein I rarely felt satiated so I over ate.

Potassium does not have to be listed on nutrition labels so you are eating more than you know. I found that a daily multivitamin supplement helped me reach the iron level. I rarely eat red meat, but that helps if you do. Dark green leafy veggies help that iron level too.
