Potassium and Iron

Last week I was low for these two nutrients. Do any of you have suggestions for an easy way to raise these levels? I eat a banana every day :-) and try to eat some veggies as well of course.

    Potassium does not have to be listed on nutrition labels so you are eating more than you know. I found that a daily multivitamin supplement helped me reach the iron level. I rarely eat red meat, but that helps if you do. Dark green leafy veggies help that iron level too.
