I am expecting a baby girl the beginning of May. As soon as this baby is out I plan to become more fit then before I was pregnant. In high school and a year out of high school I use to work out twice a day. then I moved to Texas to get married and had no motivation at all. I know live in Oklahoma and am ready for a fresh start as soon as the baby comes

Make sure you get the approval of your doctor before starting. It's great to start walking shortly after delivery, but your body will need time to adjust before you jump into more vigorous exercise. If you're going to breastfeed make sure you add more calories to account for feeding your daughter.0
